Bodega Dos Búhos, located in San Miguel de Allende, in the central Mexican state of Guanajuato, was one of the first vineyards in a newly developing wine region in the state and is one of a only a handful of Mexican Wineries who produce organic wines using natural fermentation. Dos Búhos, or two owls, got its name from the two barn owls that would stoically perch atop the gates of the former barn. Today the barn has been converted into a tasting room filled with contemporary artwork and the owls now live in a custom owl box above the entrance to the production facility.
